Our Legal Advocacy & Support Division exists to help families and incarcerated loved ones navigate the often confusing and unfair post-conviction process. Whether your loved one is just entering the system or has been inside for years, we’re here to help you understand your rights, your options, and your next steps.

We do not act as lawyers or represent anyone in court, but we help residents and families prepare and understand the documents they may file on their own (called pro se filings). Many people don’t know they even have these options — but they do.
