Welcome to Open Gate Transitional Services of Florida, Inc. We provide safe, stable housing for veterans, returning citizens, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

This application is the first step toward housing placement. Please read carefully and fill out all required fields.

 Steps to Apply

1. Review our program requirements and fees:

   • Weekly Program Fee: $250 (covers housing, utilities, food from the garden program, and support services).

   • Deposit: $275 total

     • $100 refundable (after successful program completion & room inspection).

     • $175 non-refundable (administrative & supplies).

 What You’ll Need to Provide

• Basic contact information.

• Current living situation (homeless, shelter, incarcerated, etc.).

• Veteran status and any VA benefits.

• Income and support services requested.

• Medical/health considerations (optional).

Program Acknowledgment

By applying, you acknowledge that:

• This application does not guarantee placement.

• All residents are required to participate in the Resident Chore Program (garden, cleaning, grounds care, etc.).

• Residents must comply with Open Gate’s policies to remain in the program.
